Introduction to law or classifaction of law or basic of law

Law

law is a rule which is made by government to fallow the order

International law

laws that regulate the relations of state or the rules and regulations that states accept to bind themselves in relation to each other are know as international law 

 National law

national law on other hand is only applicable inside a country/state has hence national law is different for different  country

 public law

relationship between government and public of constitution 

Or

public law involves state or government in some way

 Constitution law   

constitution is  supreme law or mother of law
or
social relationship between public and law
or
1 constitutional law is  genus
2 constitutional law deals with various organs of the state
3 it deals with the structure of state
4 it is highest law
5 it gives the guidelines with regard to general principle relating to organisation and power
    of organs of the state and their relations between  citizens and towards the state.it touches
almost all branches of law in the country
6  it gives the guidelines about the international relation

 Administrative law

1 administrative law is a species of constitutional law 
2 it deals with those organs in motion 
3 it deals with the function of the state 
4 it is subordinate constitution law 
5 it deals in details with the power and function of administrative authorities 
6 it does not deals with international law. it deals exclusively  the powers and function of 
    administrative authorities 

criminal law

an act which is prohibited by state law and which entails  physical punishment comes within 
the scope of criminal law 

private law (domestic law ) ( civil law )

private law covers dispute between private individuals and business and the state has 
got nothing to do with it .this law is popularly referred to as civil law

contract law 

when one enters into agreement/contract with another then any violation of that agreement 
comes under the contract law 

    Tort law

A wrong doing that are done by one party against another. as a result of the wrong doing .the injured 
person may take civil action against the other party
 

          

             

   Family law 

family matters revolving around marriage children and maintenance are dealt by  a separate 
branch of private law known as family law 


   Company law

a very important law that deals with the business relationship is known as company law 
matters concerned with business like shareholders ,directors , loans all concerned within its scope 

   Trust law    

 In law a trust is a relationship where property is held by one party for the benefit of another party. A trust is created by the owner, also called a "settlor", "trustor" or "grantor" who transfers property to a trustee.
