both are the fundamental element of crime one is acts rue and second is men's rue

MEN'S REA

                         mens rea is a latin word which means guilty mind mens rea is a mentally approach or mental state 

FUNDAMENTALLY 

                                       motive and intent of a person who's accused of committing the crime in order to prove mens rea 

BASICALLY 

                         mens rea is the hardest element to prove becouse it has to with mind and we can't always tell what people are thinking or what they know 

Mens rea is usually refers to whether the the actus rues was intentional or not   

                        

ACTUS RUES 

                         physical state,guilty act non-intentional 

in actus reus the quction is come out that did they do it 

 acuts rues is proved by physical evidence witness testional or by the offences
